NATCON 2018, organised by the renowned HR Forum ISTD (Indian society for training and development) is a grand event attended by senior human resource professionals from around India. On 9 June 2018, Soulfree founder, Preethi Srinivasan was invited to speak about Sustainable Growth In The Social Sector.

This was indeed a great honour for Preethi, whose organisation Soulfree is just around five years old but it is really awesome to note how far the impact of her work has reached not just the hundreds of beneficiaries with spinal-cord injury, but successful professionals around India. They were mesmerised by her speech and took many positives from her ability to transcend severe constraints and create a model of Empowerment, Inspiration, And Service that is sustainable and successful in every way.

While the recognition from the corporate world is meaningful, Preethi hopes it would also translate to more funding and support for the Soulfree effort in the days to come.
