Soulfree is a completely charitable organisation. We respect our donors wishes seriously and take utmost care to process donations strictly as per their instructions, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel her/his donation, Soulfree will respond to the donor within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor. The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send Soulfree a written request for a refund within 4 days of making the donation to the Foundation s official address or email @ admin@soulfree.org and preethi@soulfree.org along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund.
Refund Policy – refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 working days.

We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfil the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.

We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors or users and as and when necessary to enforce our terms of services.
Privacy Policy
Due to Accounting norms or when you register as a volunteer or potential beneficiary, Soulfree needs certain personal information from you. The data we gather consist of your name, address, e-mail as well as phone numbers and proof of identity. This personal information is not distributed, shared, rented or given to companies or organizations that are not part of the Give the life Group.
We usually update our followers at least once a year by email. If you think you are being contacted frequently, please inform us and we can limit this to less updates or if you would prefer, take you out from the e-mailing list completely.
If any personal information changes or if you find that our records are not up-to-date, please do inform us at admin@soulfree.org and preethi@soulfree.org.
We will make sure your personal information is held safely, as per the Data Protection Act.

At present, Soulfree does not have FCRA approval and cannot accept any foreign currency donations.
We welcome all donations from Indian citizens with PAN card number and permanent Indian address.
