Soulfree founder Preethi Srinivasan was awarded the “Ray of Hope” award during Vijay TV’s prestigious “Sigaram Thotta Pengal” award ceremony on 23. 03. 2014. She feels that if she can be the face and voice of those people who are otherwise invisible to society, her life becomes meaningful.
By spreading awareness about the plight of those with severe physical challenges, and the stigma they face in society she feels that we can join hands to bring about a fundamental change in the way wheelchair-users are viewed in India today.
With the help of the citizens of India, we can create an inclusive India that will unite to uplift and empower the positively-abled, and enable them to lead productive lives with dignity and purpose.
