For the first time, Soulfree has successfully sponsored three retrofitted TVS Scooty Pep+ vehicles for deserving persons with spinal cord injury. These vehicles are sure to greatly improve the mobility and productivity of these paraplegics, but for soulfree it is a very big milestone.

This achievement is greatly cherished, especially because we were really made to struggle for the fulfilment of our mission. We were given almost no discount, despite our sincere requests and statement of our charitable purpose, and on top of it several delays were caused due to demands for extra payment for transporting the vehicles from Chennai to the location of our beneficiaries.

Not only that, even after the government had specifically given An Order that only vehicles with BS4 strength steel could be sold to the public, every attempt was made to cheat us and sell us BS3 vehicles. It is only after fearlessly fighting them and even having to threaten legal action, finally we were victorious!

We wish to convey our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have contributed to our efforts, either through funds, volunteering or support and blessings. We wish our beneficiaries all the very best for a bright and independent future, and hope that this will be just the beginning of many more such efforts from soulfree.
